Before Sunrise

definitely my fav movie! maybe because i watched this movie when i was 21,22 - the age when my love language was much different from when i was 17,18, so i felt like watching this hit the spot. This film is cheesy, of course, because it’s a romance genre movie, but it’s cheesy without being boring. I prefer this movie more than The Notebook. It just matches my freak sm lol. Among thousands of romance plots, the plot of accidentally meeting a hot stranger who has the same wavelength as you is the best romantic scenario for me. I like their yapping session. I like the topics they talked about, I like the chemistry that is romantic but not cringe. I like the way they fall in love while their hair is greasy and their clothes are a mess, both of them have little money in their pockets, and their souls are aligned. meeting someone who has chemistry with you, being able to comfortably look at each other in a shabby state, talking about personal things, sharing perspectives on all issues in this world, having conflicting opinions but still respecting each other's perspective, and still falling in love. damn I want to experience a love like that. falling in love in the simplest form, most real, and most human moments. no need to be flashy or perfect, just being yourself and having someone on your side adores you.
