ranking 1. ep 3: Peg (Helen Mirren) obviously *2. ep2: Tom (Anthony Mackie) *idk what to say i just rlly liked this one 3. ep 1: Leah (Anne Hathaway) i dont understand why people didnt like this one as much as i did (maybe its cus im in love with anne) BUT STILL I WAS GONNA CRY 4. ep 5: Jenny (Constance Wu) suchhhhhhh a good performance *5. ep 7: Stuart (Morgan Freeman) *i don't understand why ppl like this one sm i feel asleep😭 did make my eyes water at one point BUT I DONT GET WHY THERES 2 MAIN PPL ITS CALLED SOLOS FOR A REASON?? 6. ep 4: Sasha (Uzo Aduba) thought i wouldve liked this one more than i did (i mean duh dont we all feel like this). but the concepts were there i just think the writing was too over the top. it doesnt have the subtly of other episodes. 7. ep 6: Nera (Nicole Beharie) felt too black mirror-y. with a show like this mostly about loneliness/connections and having the only true connection at the very end for 30 secs it wasnt at all satisfactory. the first 3 were really great but the last 4 were too black mirror. it hard not to compare these 2 shows but the first 3 didnt have these giant dark plot twist (dark being the key word) in them and it felt so lovely just watching people act their hearts out and talking about longing. the last 3 though, greatly acted, but these dark twists just set a block between me and their characters.
