Gladiator
For the glory of Rome. I was surprised on how long it took me to actually watch this, only because I was afraid it would not be as good as said. I could have not been more wrong. This was peak. Russell Crowe gave a performance worthy of much praise, and Joaquin Phoenix gave a villainous performance that shaped many of the morals around this story. Cinematography was top class, could not be beaten. Every frame was perfectly crafted. The visuals and music both transported me to Ancient Rome, I could not leave. Ending was one of the greats, one to be remembered and could not think of a better way to end this revolutionary saga. Commodus died of his own hand, at the power of Maximus
