Pig
I think the penultimate scene, wherein our protagonist Robin finally cleans his face in the water after a whole movie of walking around covered in blood. He couldn’t have done it beforehand, because he was still in denial about his pig(or rather, lori) only after having finally come to terms with it and fully accepted it can he start to clean up. Sure, the water isn’t gonna fix everything, and some of the bruises will last years, and maybe even a lifetime, but…that doesn’t mean the water won’t help. To really move on, you have to accept that you’re broken now, and that you’ve lost something. Only once you’ve done that can you move on. Because if you stay in denial, and stay in refusal then the wounds are just gonna get infected and worse.
