Poor Things

I definitely had high expectations for this film because of yorgos lanthimos and Emma Stone as a duo are brilliant. Topped with wilem dafoe and Mark ruffalo is a recipe for success. But oh my god this movie was phenomenal. Maybe the best of last year. There wasn't a single poor preformances in this film. Mark ruffalo and Emma Stone could easily win in their respective category. And the cinematography was beautiful. Any shot from this film could be one of the best of the year. The strange and unique way this movie was filmed plays a huge part in making the movie feel even more eerie and unnatural. The themes in this movie are pretty cool as well. Usually not a fan of lots of sex in movies but I didn't even mind in this one. Definitely a contender for best picture. 10/10.
