i love how the two half’s show how pain and love can conflict with each other in different ways waves is also about a family going through pain and healing after a big loss of their son, it shows how people deal with anger sadness and forgiveness in different ways the story follows two siblings trying to find peace and understanding, the title waves means the ups and downs they face in life and how feelings come and go like the ocean
