Moonlight

I didn’t think I would enjoy this movie as much since I thought that coming of age movies aren’t really my cup of tea, but boy I was wrong, this movie is so beautiful and heart warming, I felt as if I was watching these events unfold in real life rather than me watching a film, it was just so real?? The cinematography played a giant role aswell, it was breathtaking oh my god At the beginning of the third act we can see how different Chiron is, I didn’t even think it was him for a good minute, but when he receives the call from Kevin, he turns into the shy boy from the first act, how he softens up and becomes vulnerable only with him “You’re the only man that has ever touched me, the only one.”I really love chirons character, I admire how open he is and how he isn’t afraid to be vulnerable, his character made me realize that being vulnerable might not be so bad as I thought it would be K - “What you cry about?”> C - “I cry too much sometimes I feel like I'm just gonna turn into drops.”
