Jesus fucking Christ. I walked into that cinema expecting a fucking shit show thanks to all those negative review but I'm genuinely shocked how wrong I was. This movie may not have showed too much detail but it truly did capture who Michael was, how he grew up, and how difficult the path to fame was. I agree that it was rushed and tried to cover too much in too little time but that was all. The problem here is how it was with Bohemian Rhapsody, the magic of these artists can never be recreated but we can only hope to get close, and I think this movie got as close as you could get. Not to mention the acting was amazing. Every single person who played every age of Michael just blew me away, it was like seeing himself there. Most people don't get how difficult it was to make this all happen. All in all I was very entertained with this movie and think it deserves way more appreciation.
