This was a servicable movie. The plot is very thin, and is largely carried by a very good performance. The movie looks quite good, but the good looking shots do lack substance. Overall, it was just fine.

The movie tells three stories at once, but not one is particularly remarkable. The characters, except for one of the daughters are all unlikeable and unremarkable. There is an interesting premise in the conflict about the atomic bombs, but it is not the focus and very underdeveloped. Quite disappointing.

I though that this film was very well acted, and had some very good moments, especially towards the end of the runtime. On the other hand, I found that the film went on for a bit too long, and that the scenes that really drove the film forwards were sometimes a bit too far removed from one another. It felt a bit convoluted, but the moments that were there were well done.
