Materialists

I loved the movie but... It would've been better if she ended up with a different man. She is a matchmaker, she knew what she wanted, she wanted to marry and have a comfortable life, not like her parents who fought over money and stuff. She deserved that. But she just... She couldn't believe deep down that she deserved it, she didn't think she was worthy, ir she could be lucky enough. So when this broke man gave her the only think she knew, what she felt deserving of, she just took it. That's how I see it. I understand why she and Harry didn't work out, but... There are more rich guys, or just financially stable guys out there, you know? She's not mean or cold or awful for wanting financial stability in a capitalist world. It's the bare minimum, honestly. And I stand by that.
