"What we've got here is failure to communicate" It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this. My first Paul Newman movie as a kid. Well kinda. First conscious Paul Newman movie. I say that because it was cars but I didn’t know he was doc. But my mind was blown when I realized that the dude on the newman's own label was the same dude who played doc in cars and he is the guy in this movie. And his last name is Newman so that’s why it’s call Newmans own. Like I could not believe my mind. I was gonna wait to watch this when It was like super hot in the summer, but I just barely got it so I kinda want to watch it. Like I was gonna do that with to kill a Mockingbird and rewatch it in the summer but I kind of forgot so now I feel like I have to wait again, or maybe I won’t . Anyways the movie. George Kennedy! Love that guy. And Dennis hopper? And Joe don baker? They put him in the box just because the warden thought he was gonna run away to go to the funeral. Even though he didn’t. Didn’t deserve it. That’s where it all started. Now I think it about it I don’t know how many eggs I could eat. I should try and find out one day. Definitely not 50 in an hour. Man, We all aspire to be like Luke.
