i think i appreciated this more than i would’ve if i hadn’t read murakami’s original short story,, the adaptation remains true to the original work but uses it’s medium to add a layer of subtext to the film in which the story lies in what’s barely there. steven yeun is also amazing in this movie,, his acting is subtle, yet does so much to add to how the viewers understand ben’s character, bravo! also, a film just about hae-mi>>>
