Adolescence
I've heard nothing but good things about this, Especially about Owen Cooper's acting.
I'll start with his performance, fantastic. He makes Jamie so believable, his subtleness is perfect. There were so many little movements that just made him feel like a actual person and he did a really good job of making you feel sympathetic towards him,the police staffs treatment of him really helped aid that. In the scene at the end where he was with the therapist and he was rageing and the male security gaurd immediately subdued him with a simple tap on the glass while the female therapists attempts were futile.
On to Adolescence itself, extremely good. I was in love with the camera work. The way it would effortlessly jump from person to person and it would isolate on one person and make you think along with the charcther.
The kids in the school were very believable, albeit some of it was a bit exaggerated. I've sat in class with some of these boys, the younger/shorter kid in the history class who disrupts hits extra hard as there's allways some freshman or short guy who makes sure to act extra doche like to impress his "cooler" friends
Overall really good
