I would love to give this film a 4.5 but here are a few reasons it isn’t:  1. Too much dialogue (I prefer films that show rather than telling which is a personal preference) 2. Too bloated - a few parts were slightly boring but never for too long 3. Too many characters - some of the more important characters therefore don’t get enough screen time Now that that’s out the way this is a really impressive film and one of Nolan’s best. In my opinion this is Cilian Murphy’s best performance, he genuinely looked like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders and his eyes portrayed exactly how the character was feeling in every scene. RDJ was also incredible. I liked the typical Nolan non linear series of events and the black and white parts as well. The cinematography and soundtrack were both exceptional. Overall a great film which I thoroughly enjoyed watching.
