The Thing

Yeah, fuck you too! Another movie where I saw bits and pieces of as a kid. My mom would let me watch these type of movies with her, I think I was watching this one and fell asleep. I remember wanting to go run around outside and pretend like I was MacReady using his flamethrower on pretend monsters. Even though I didn’t know anything about the movie just the concept was hella cool. Just a little kid using his imagination, I thank my mom for letting me watch stuff like this with her when I was younger, when most mom’s probably wouldn’t want their kid watching shit like that. But I think it helped my imagination expand and love film the way I do today. When I can I wanna get personal I’m not really a review kinda guy, but I’m good at putting my story out there. All I’m gonna say is this movie is definitely one of my personal favorites watching it through knowing what was going on, this movie aged like fine wine.
