Creep

lots of people don’t understand when i say creep is my favorite movie ever because there’s “so much better” — and yeah, maybe. but creep is a genuinely alluring, suspenseful, and all around eerily personable. it’s one of the only films where i actually feel myself in the protagonists (victim’s) perspective and experience the level of uncomfort they do. the found footage style is controversial but for me its chefs kiss as it provides a unique approach to horror films that’s actually executed well. im a slut for a weird ass, creepy ass movie- and as much as a film snob may argue this movie isn’t objectively amazing, they can’t deny it makes your skin crawl in the most peculiar way possible. AND it’s funny.
