I Swear
Wow. Heartbreaking stuff. A child alone having to navigate in a world that didn't, and evidently still doesn’t, understand his condition. And from then on, the film had me in a constant state of tears. Simultaneously, a story of inspiration and education. Meaning something so simple as visiting a library can become brutally devastating. Robert Aramayo is absurdly good. Peter Mullan and Maxine Peake equally as impactful. Phenomenal viewing - start to finish.
