Mickey 17

very surprised at how much I enjoyed this since sci-fi is not a genre I typically watch or like. the political metaphor landed well, emphasizing the world’s obsession with power and greed at the expense and exploitation of its people. each actor did an incredible job, but I was  particularly impressed with Pattinson and Ackie. the film as a whole flowed well; long runtime but I believe it was used well. definitely a favorite of the year so far.
