Sharp Objects

rip dee dee blanchard you would have loved adora from sharp objects. this brilliantly directed series (jean-marc vallée is always missed !) will be sticking in my brain for a while. so unsettling, sickening, brutal, yet delicate; amy adams delivered one of the best performances i've seen in a while and that last 20 minutes....i audibly yelled out of shookness and then started laughing because that? that's how you do a plot twist. don't tell mama.
