The Master

The title should’ve been “the masterpiece” PTA I wish I could have a look behind the scenes of your work. Just two all time great actors clashing together with their performances forming one of the best fictional friendships ever created.  Freddie's journey of struggling to find his identity, purpose, and stability was just beautiful. Then to stumble upon Dodd’s//Master’s boat of all people was just the universe working its magic. Becomes a very complex and intense relationship throughout the entire film, which reflects themes of power, belief, and what can become of one another. Freddie is also just one funny mf. The most visually stunning and attention to detail film PTA has put out to date. Also a film that you question for a while due to almost half of the film being ambiguous leaving you with many questions that you have to come to the conclusion on your own, which is what makes this film so great. Very thought provoking.
