Spider-Man

This is most definitely one of the best Spider-Man movies. It has a complex, but not purely evil villain in Norman Osborne (and) the Green Goblin. Only thing I don't like is how they treated Mary Jane (but I guess that's the times spirit). She deserves to not just have superficial character traits, but to be more than just a damsel in distress.
