Oldboy
Shocking and hard to process for me after I just finished it. Story builds up confusingly and twists at the end leaving you speechless. The ending part turns everything around and if you give this a watch unknowingly it will hit you hard, but thats also why I think that I wont rewatch it that much.
Cinematography creates powerful scenes with great dialogue and intensity across the shots and then almost completely balances it out with showing something warm with that lovely soundtrack thats now stuck in my head. At the end its still heartshattering and is a perfect portrayal of vengance and the impact small triggers can have on the future.
This stayed in my head soo much until today while I edit this review. Probably stays in my head more than anything I watched so far. The hardest hitting thing Ive ever felt watching a film, that soundtrack The Last Waltz playing in the end mostly, I will recommend this to everyone as its truly something unlike anything else
