[he wants to look at her, but cant even steal a glance.]—[she feels like she might dissolve if he does.]—[and they're both not ready.] the decision to cast Gabby Padilla and Ken Yamamura is a brilliant move by Jopy Arnaldo because the chemistry is unreal... it feels like im watching a real human interaction, a real conversation turned into a feeling to each other. i love how they both a sucker for words, yeah thats right, words. i love how despite the language barrier, they still feel the connection they have to each other. i love how the conversation between them just flowing, it didnt feel forced, it went naturally. i love how they understand each other, without even trying. i love how they paying homage to the greatest Wong Kar-wai. i love everything about this movie.
