Chronicle

I love this movie man, I remember watching this when I was like 13 and it scared tf out of me but I loved it. •This was prob the first found footage movie I ever saw and I equate my love for found footage movies to this. • This is such an underrated Michael B Jordan performance and Dane Dehaan plays a great villain. (I’m convinced this had to be his audition tape to play green goblin in TASM lol) • Shout out Baptism by Crystal Castles playing in the rave scene right before they get their powers, literally was listening to that song while at work today. • I love the way they use the found footage style in the last 10ish minutes of the movie, where it will switch cameras a million times but it will go to say, someone recording on their phone, to CCTV footage of the bank they are crashing into to then switch to the news helicopter that’s recording them, I just thought that was super clever. I especially love the scene where he blows the hole in the side of the hospital, probably my favorite scene in the movie!
