I adore that this movie makes its characters have every little detail. It’s rare that a film includes too much about its characters and they often feel rushed, this one felt like watching a documentary, a true depiction of real people’s lives, and that’s what I liked so much about it. It was definitely a very horny movie but it had so much life to it. Gael Garcia Bernal’s words in the criterion closet were true, this movie really does make you want to live after watching.
