That third episode is a piece of filmmaking that will stay with me. What it was able to accomplish was stunning to watch in real time. Netflix usually never hits with these miniseries, but this one is so special and rare because it never wastes a second of screen time with something to show that it is more focused on the technical aspect of the one-shot technique instead of telling a good story. Similar to Red Rooms, Adolescence captures a specific tone of evil that is rarely portrayed with such attention and proficiency
