Immaculate
the movie is good in many ways. the aesthetics and the acting of the characters convey a sense of tension throughout the entire film. it is not scary, but the dialogues and the setting end up causing discomfort
i am a fan of horror and suspense connected to spirituality, and the story of the movie is average.
what really stands out is the scenography, with a convent in cold tones, desaturated even in moments like cecilia's escape, a setting that perfectly conveys the feelings of the movie, making it heavier
and moreover, i do not like sydney sweeney, but her performance in this film was great
