An absolutely stunning piece of filmmaking. The cinematography is easily one of the film’s strongest elements, with beautiful compositions, striking camera angles and an incredible use of lighting to create an atmosphere that feels both unsettling and visually captivating. The directing choices are particularly impressive, with certain shots and framing decisions adding layers of meaning to an already complex story. The contrast between light and shadow is especially effective, giving the film a distinctive visual identity that stays with you long after watching. There are, however, a few negatives. Some audio problems throughout can take you out of certain scenes, while the plot occasionally feels messy, confusing and, at times, a little boring. But I think that’s where the film’s strengths really come into play. Even when the narrative loses its direction, the filmmaking itself never loses its impact. There’s so much to appreciate in the way the story is presented, and the visual storytelling often says more than the dialogue ever could.Ultimately, this is a film that deserves to be appreciated beyond its narrative. Its cinematography, lighting and ambitious directing make it an incredible cinematic experience, and despite its flaws, it’s one I won’t be forgetting anytime soon.
