Heat

Holy. I know I say this a lot but this movie is perfect. The atmosphere, the brilliant way lighting is used, the shootouts and heists, but most of all the character work. Al Pacino and Robert De niro’s characters are so perfect, being so alike just on different sides of the law. The way their stories are almost completely parallel is so amazing to me. The only complaint I have about this movie is that they underutilized Val Kilmer a little bit, but even in the screen time he got he was so badass. I’m so excited to rewatch this when I have the time.
