Interstellar
No surprises here, it's Christopher Nolan so of course I loved it. Soundtrack and cinematography is beautiful, and the story is one of the best I've seen in films.
When I saw 3 hours I thought I was in for a slow paced slog but genuinely this is one of the best paced movies I've ever seen. The story is so ambitious but it has a satisfying enough ending and everything is tied together nicely with no loose ends.
Besides that, they could have been a bit more skeptical that gravity itself was trying to send them messages, and you cannot tell me that Murph is so smart that she figured out all by herself that her dad was sending her Morse/binary code from the future in the 5th dimension.
