Matilda

this was one of my favorite films as a kid because i personally saw myself in matilda. like her i was kind of the “gifted kid” though telekinesis wasn’t my strongest suit :P anyways, i also was often left alone to fend for myself because my mom left me under my grandma’s care along with two other younger cousins that required more attention than i did so i kind of matured at a very early age :3 i remember being 5 thinking i just get matilda for liking books and liking solitude. i even had my hair cut the same as her ! i just love this so much and i watch it whenever i feel down :)
