I liked this movie in the sense that it entertained me, but it felt like there were so many deeper themes that were hinted at or lightly touched on and never fully fleshed out that prohibited me from truly enjoying/engaging with the film. Definitely an interesting watch and worth seeing in the theater, but I don’t think it’s the kind of movie I’ll lose sleep thinking about. However, I will be dreaming of the score. That was incredible. The cinematography and visuals were also stunning. And also tyriq withers is my new husband fyi. Thanks!
