The corruption of the legal system is a subject that always interested me, and because of that I decided to seat and watch the movie “And justice for all”. I did not expect it to be such a banger. Arthur Kirkland is one of the best characters I have ever seen in a movie. His conflicts are written perfectly and Al Pacino is just the right guy for this role, and I am certain that his performance as Arthur Kirkland is better than his performance as Michael Corleone (Which was also close to perfection). **Some spoilers ahead.** My favourite aspect of this movie is seeing Arthur realising slowly the corruption around him. First there is Jay, a lawyer that finds out that because of his good work as a lawyer, two kids were murdered - and thus he slowly turns insane. This shows us a lawyer that realises what his work had done and is unable to face the moral consequences of his own choices. Additionally there is the man who was sent to prison mistakenly. It shows us how the system does not care for individuals and it’s frightening to see how a man’s fate is decided so hastily. The man with the wig is another great example, but I won’t elaborate since his plot line is a bit similar to the one I mentioned before (although it was probably the best out of the three). Of course the last thing to mention is the Masterpiece that is the last act of these movie. Those 20 minutes are so intense and just what I wanted them to be. Arthur’s character is concluded perfectly and Al Pacino gives one of the perfect performances I have ever seen, absolutely peak.

Incredible film. First of all - F Murray Abraham was phenomenal ,especially as old Salieri, and Tom Hulce’s performance as Mozart was also outstanding . The structure of this film was a masterpiece - old Salieri narrating his life was just brilliant and his monologues were perfect, and in addition the story telling is also amazing. The production and the set design were also incredible as well as the music which did an amazing job. The plot was good, but the highlight of this film is obviously its two main characters- Salieri and Mozart and everything about those characters is simply perfect. The one thing that bothers me is that the plot of the second half of the film was a bit lacking, and I felt that some thing weren’t natural, but it might just be me. All in all, Amadeus is a must watch - a great and fun movie that is written perfectly, and even with a runtime of 3 hours it manages to keep you interested as well as entertained. 4.3/5
