Midnight Mass

I’m behind in finally finishing this because I was SO BORED by the first few episodes. I’ve kind of been over the vampire thing for a while, so when I figured out where this was going (episode 1), I was sticking with it to see what everyone else saw. By ep 3-4, I gave up.  I came back because I wanted something with a self-contained story, and I kept thinking I missed something with this one. I picked up where I left off, and the second half of this show is absolutely what had everyone so excited and thrilled with this show. The casting is fantastic (looking at you, Sloyan, Kohli, and Linklater), and the ensuing Jonestown panic is truly unnerving.  Glad I came back.
