The Crash
whether she’s guilty or not, my main question is: why do adults have children if they don't know how to raise them? honestly, america feels like a social experiment to me atp. it’s clear that the majority of her behavior stemmed from a total lack of parental supervision and presence. you can see that they just let her do whatever she wanted; she was completely unchecked.
for instance, the fact that her father thought it was totally normal for a 17-year-old to be smoking weed? are we joking? what are we even talking about? and the way they defended her every single time— i get that she’s your daughter, but there’s a massive difference between supporting your child because you love them and justifying every single toxic behavior. like, don’t have kids if you don’t know how to be a parent.
(also, her mother is giving major karen energy, respectfully).
