extremely captivating use of color and lighting and i love sophie thatcher, havana rose liu, and charles melton but could i tell you what happens in this movie? not really no. we should study nwr’s brain

there’s a world where this is the best one, we don’t live in it but it exists. this film has more villains than the previous two combined, i’m not sure why they overstuffed this one bc i’m sure no one would’ve been upset at a 4th film. there’s like 50 minutes between the introduction of the symbiote and when it’s shown again then he fights flint and we don’t see him again until after another 50 minutes for maybe the worst scene in the whole trilogy, oh yea and there’s little goblin jr too. the third act is some abysmal dog shit, not to excuse the rest of the film which also isn’t very good

i wish i gave a fuck about anything that was happening while willem dafoe wasn’t on screen

more undeniable than the first. i like peter’s arc in this film and while i don’t care for the push and pull with mj throughout this trilogy, nor much at all in this film either, it works this best in this film of the three. molina is really great in this, tobey is better but still meh, and franco is good for maybe the first 20 minutes when he’s playing CEO but his conflict with spider-man sucks tbh
