Dog Man

The original Dog Man book came out in 2016. Now, almost a decade later, he has hit the big screen. So, does this movie succeed in being a faithful adaptation to the books? Yes. Almost all the characters are here, and the story is about the same. A dog and a man get injured in a bomb accident. However, only the dog’s head and the man’s body survive. What’s the most logical thing to do? If you said sew them together, you would be correct. Now, while this movie fails to find it’s pacing, it’s still a charming and cute adaptation of the books.
