Hey Ram
fuckin shit !!
20 yrs of hey ram
It has the most important things to be told in a movie
1. How religion and stupidity turns humans into chaos chasing animals like it happened back in 1946 Calcutta riots and partition in India was very brutal very raw due to it's the real event that was happened.
2. How Chaos spreads fast like a virus it's dangerous as it's shown in this film And Also about revenge.
3. Kamal hassan's absolute brilliance of showing the rawness and madness of how governments and country divides according to its situations the countries going through.
4. How politics are both good and evil i mean it was always evil lol.
5. Kamal has said in one of his interviews that he misunderstood mahatma gandhi and criticized him and mocked him in his young age so the very last scene the act has shown it that way of apology to gandhi by kh very well I was one of the critics too i mocked him too i used to say Gandhi huh? haha but I was wrong too.
I guess without knowing the history we shouldn't dig deeper but we ain't kamal to have the balls of steel to go write and direct this fuckin timeless cinematic gift to cinema and to Kollywood industry indian cinema itself i mean it's indescribable feeling kamal literally said see humans as humans in that way chaos will not be there beautifully said it . He's ulaganayagan for a reason 🐐 incomparable truly he's not even a human no matter the appreciation it's still not enough to appericiate him 😭. Even shah rukh khan the great got overshadowed in this film but amazing performance by him aswell.
If this film was released in nowadays time it will be banned for sure idk temporary or how many months or yrs this movie will get scheduled for ban because it's about true events and challenging human minds and disturbing harshful truths.
but nowadays these (some) guys on online crying for jana nayagan release like a group of mindless ppl like i get it I was frustrated too but way too much overreacting is stupidity .
So kamal said it perfectly that logical thinking has to be there he always holds on to this message i really love this when his films have this no words can describe feeling no one did made me feel this way about cinema only he did 🎥 that's why i will repeat over and over again he's da real goat 🐐 💯.
