Rewatched it with my sister (her first time). Before we started, she said, “I’ve never seen it and don’t even know what it’s about, but I feel like if you were a movie, you’d be La La Land.” I don’t think I’ve ever received a compliment that felt so accurate — I mean, it is my favorite movie. And then halfway through she said, “It feels like an old animated Disney movie brought to life.” so true, love my sister she’s so smart.
