The Bride!

So I watched it a few days ago and I kinda let it sit so I could form an opinion but I still... Can't? Wow, really polarizing film because I walked out not hating it but not liking it either so I spent a while trying to figure out my opinion on this movie. I liked the setting and the costuming, it looked visually stunning and I loved how it committed to the campiness. Jesse's acting was phenomenal and I really adored her... But my issue is how rushed it feels. The pacing is questionable and some plotlines felt a bit hollow. It's like the initial idea was there but was consistently changed and you're left with whatever the final product was. So yeah, I had hopes but I wouldn't bother rewatching, sorry.
