Besides me having absolutely nothing appropriate to say about drew starkey… what a beautiful movie. I didn’t expect beforehand that I would give this five stars, but it left me speechless. It brings a very relatable message masked by surrealism and stunning cinematography, together with amazing acting from every single person in this film!!!!! The symbolism in the ending scenes to how lonely it can get to be queer, and in love. And to repeat patterns, the things we put our bodies through and the hurt people leave behind. The reflection and dualism on how some seem to avoid who they truly are and others who cannot escape who they are - it’s all so insanely beautiful. Also certain elements cinematography-wise like the colors and rooms remind of Kubrick.  This REALLY is what yearning, desperation for love and communication, longing for a connection does to someone
