beautiful story, vibrant colours, literally breathtaking cinematography....... what more could you ask for
i had no idea i would love this so much, and how complex and heart wrenching it would be
the character dynamics are so well done and you can see how societal expectations weigh on them without it becoming overbearing
never in my life have i seen transitions to flashbacks so smooth
and the acting god the Acting.....! at some point i just started crying and couldn’t stop until after the end of the movie
it’s not particularly sad, but there’s a lot of truth to the grief and anger the characters feel that hits particularly hard, i think i loved how honest it was
idk i really loved it and it’s been imprinted behind my eyelids for an entire day now
