The Penguin
Ladies and gentlemen, we ride at dawn for Vic.
The Penguin was a refreshing change in an age where comic book movies and shows are so oversaturated. There's been so much garbage released by Marvel that I don't even watch anything they put out anymore. This show proved that when you have genuine passion and a true understanding of your source material, you can create something fantastic. The creators couldn't have picked a better cast—Colin Farrell and Cristin Milioti were outstanding; they dominated every scene. I loved how they made you truly hate Oz. In a time where so many villains are portrayed as redeemable or goofy, it was refreshing to see a character who was a true monster through and through. Give me The Batman II NOW!
