American Psycho

Another one that I’m surprised took me this long to watch. Story itself wasn’t overly deep. Enjoyed the film style but nothing too unique. Character development though was superb. Patrick Bateman is an obsessive and twisted character and Christian Bale does a phenomenal job of playing him. All along, Patrick Bateman claims he “just wants to fit in” but his psyche gets the best of him. Love the whole business card competition and the Dorsia reservation plot. Ending wasn’t exactly what I was expecting or hoping for but still great watch overall.
