There's something so wholesome about this movie, I return to it every fall. The bond between the sisters is beautiful and the overall message is a great one. Embrace yourself, witchyness and all!

Right off the bat, it had me hooked, the music, the humor, the dynamic of the sisters. It was a kick start punch, and I loved that it started that quickly, we still got the build up of the two sisters, without the slow drag that some movies do. 15 minutes in, and I'm already wanting to ball my eyes out when Izzy dies. And I love how realistic the speech is at the funeral, it's not some grand poetic speech...its "we got to eat pancakes." the reality of losing someone is we miss the memories, the mundane that we got accustomed too, waking up with them, painting nails together. The love story is also amazing, I loved watching their friendship grow as they grew closer. When the voicemail thing came out, I understand both sides, why he didn't tell her sooner, and why she was so upset. In that moment, or any moment, grief doesn't feel like "oh i need a person to fill this whole" instead, you just want the person you lost back, no matter how impossible that is. The voicemails disappearing was just a slap in the face that I think anyone can relate too, when you hang onto the one thing you have of someone and then it's gone. theres more to say but this is getting longgg
