Two scenes that I can’t stop thinking about are Spider-Man swooping in and saving the child, and at the end where The Punisher says something along the lines of, “You look exactly as I thought a good kid.” This movie and James Gunn’s Superman have that real comic book feeling to them that many superhero movies lack. They’re not humans being gods or gods being humans. They’re humans with heart, they’re a symbol of hope, but more than that, they show what love really is to love your city, love your family, and to just love and value life. Even in his darkest moments as Peter Parker, Spider-Man will always shine as a real hero
