Babylon

Wow. Literally insane. Perfectly captures how crazy hollywood really was and still kinda is. A big hug to cinema and a big fuck you to it’s dark history. I loved it! Margot Robbie gave us an incredible performance. The pacing was so good and there was crazyness troughout which is exactly what a film like this needs. Perfect music and absolutely stunning cinematography. That last shot definetly wasn’t everyones cup of tea, but it was definetly mine. I think it perfectly wrapped up the movie and the idea behind it. How they tought their work wasn’t important enough, but infact they were the blueprint. Cinema evolves and careers dry up but their importance in the history of cinema will always matter. 3h and 10 minutes of glazing cinema, I love it!
