Okay, I fucking loved the songs 🫶 This is one of those musicals that genuinely makes me happy instead of boring me. I don't know whether it was the fun melodies, or simply the cozy vibe of the 60s that sparked the magic. However, I must admit that I had some trouble figuring out what was happening 😭 It was overall a vibe, though, so it wasn't anywhere near a problem at all!

Scarface on crack Also, how is this even a comedy??

Such brilliant colours!! Omg, I reallyy loved how dramatic the Technicolor was in this film. I've watched several other movies in Technicolor, but it didn't pop as much as this one <33 That definitely was my main praise for this film; I do love the story, and I adore ballet, but something simply is missing, and I can't place it :( (forgive me for I am tired.) Otherwise, it still deserves a 9 🫶 Also, I was expecting a bit more chaos—I was sort of wishing for a *Black Swan* kind of atmosphere.
