The Penguin

This show does an incredible job of expanding upon The Batman universe giving a deep look at the criminal underworld that destroys the city and how this fat piece of shit rises to power. Ozwald is a manipulative monster and as the episodes go on you keep seeing more and more of it. He's a charismatic villain who craves attention and will do anything to get it. Everything with the Falcones/Maronis and Sofia was done perfectly, Penguins backstory and development was amazing, the city felt alive, and the ending was tragic. I can't wait to see Batman fucking obliterate him after all the lives hes destroyed.
