Halloween

This movie is so overrated. I usually am not a big fan of the horror genre, but since it is Halloween today I decided to be more open and watched some horror films. This film being directed by John Carpenter who also made the masterpiece The Thing (1982) raised my expectations even more, along with being known as a classic. The first hour after the intro is literally nothing happening. You just see Michael being a weirdo and staring at normal people living their lives. Then he goes on a murder spree and after revealing he has Wolverines powers (except for the claws, he still needs his kitchen knife) he just leaves. The acting and characters were good but nothing interesting. Now I can relate to my parents receiving my report card, incredibly disappointed.
